Welcome to BC Performance & Sports Injury Clinic (BCPSIC)

The letters BC stems from the phrase “Be Complete” which is the philosophy adopted here at the clinic. This terminology is centred on implementing a unique approach to performance & recovery, analysing all facets to build a complete understanding; respective of the individual’s profile, as apposed to a vague, one size fits all method.

After their respective undergraduate studies and working for numerous organisations, clinic founders Nick Davis & Yahya Ali sought other ventures. The vision was ultimately to skilfully utilize their contrasting areas of expertise to facilitate all training and recovery facets under one umbrella, which includes various disciplines such as Strength & Conditioning, Sport & Exercise Rehabilitation and Nutrition.

So whatever client comes through our doors whether it’s an adult or youth athlete striving for optimal sporting performance, a client wanting to lose weight or gain muscle, a complete novice that has never entered a gym, or simply somebody struggling with a plaguing injury, our highly trained practitioners are fully equipped to accommodate your goals.

Our values are simple, we don’t believe in gimmicks or quirky equipment, we ascribe to the basic fundamentals of movement patterns that has a direct transfer to everyday life & sport. Time & efficiency is never overlooked here at the clinic there are no wasted repetitions. Our methods are driven by the latest sport science research, whereby every exercise or methodology used will pertain to a specific goal and adaptation.

Everybody is an athlete in their own right we just provide you with the correct fundamentals & environment to succeed. Our client base consists of many different people from different backgrounds and walks of life. Which is why it was important we created a fun, friendly atmosphere, aside from training where clients will feel safe, comfortable, free from judgement and also empowered, whereby everybody can be the best version of themselves.

Yahya Ali

Yahya Ali is a specialist in Strength & Conditioning and a Registered Sport & Exercise Nutritionist. From a young age Yahya has been involved in sport, having played football at a high level in Europe. During his 2011 season and after years of competing Yahya tore the ligaments in his knee, a common injury within football. Read full bio

Nick Davis is a specialist in Injury rehabilitation. Nick’s passion for coaching and injury rehabilitation firstly derived from an active background as a young kid playing various sports to a young adult involved in semi-professional football with keen aspirations to make the transition into the professional game.
