Strength and Conditioning (S&C)

Strength and Conditioning is the use of specialist exercise prescription to improve the performance of athletes for their competition. With guidance from our highly qualified specialist, athletes will learn how to prevent injury by learning to adopt the correct movement patterns within their respective sport.

Any athlete that walks through our doors are screened to firstly ensure safety by identifying any movement dysfunctions or potential injury mechanisms, most importantly to help maximize effectiveness, as programs are very much individualized in respect to the athlete. As movement and performance is at the core of our training systems we strive to ensure there are no wasted moments and our exercise programming is driven by the latest science to ensure you’re performing at your maximum capacity so you can achieve your respective goals.
